Dr. Tara Sweeney

Tara Sweeney, M.D., grew up in Westport, Connecticut where she graduated from Greens Farms Academy.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree Cum Laude from Dartmouth College and her medical degree from Brown Medical School.  She did her medical internship at Yale University/Norwalk Hospital and completed her Ophthalmology training at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital where she was Chief Resident.  During that time she published “The Manhattan Eye Ear & Throat Guide to Ophthalmology” which continues to be an important resource for residents and attending physicians.  She followed her training by joining Lincoln Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center in the Bronx, where she served as the Director of Ophthalmology for 7 years.

Dr. Kristin Pisacano – Retired

Kristin Pisacano, M.D., grew up in Rye, New York where she graduated from the Rye Country Day School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree Cum Laude from Dartmouth College and went on to Dartmouth Medical School to earn her medical degree. After her medical internship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, Kristin was trained as a resident in Ophthalmology at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City, and completed a prestigious fellowship in LASIK at the world renowned Zalvidar Institute in Argentina.  From 1996 to 2005, Dr. Pisacano practiced at New York Eye Surgery Center in The Bronx.
